Samples of conversations, folky guitars, and other snippets combine with Wells' electronics on songs like "4 Play," "Batchelor Party," "Tummy Finger," "Fish Happens," and "Ocean Lullaby." Out Is In gives the lounge aesthetic an intriguing update.
